Brian Baxter is the Founder and President of Performance-Critical, Inc. After serving as an Army Infantryman in combat and as a member of the Texas Dept. of Public Safety for over thirty years, Brian brings a lifetime of experience and insight to the operational intelligence space. Brian has spent his entire adult life in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and knows that every operation has vulnerabilities, and it's better to find them before an incident finds them for you. Brian is a Combat Veteran, a Retired Chief, and the CEO of an international consulting firm. He has a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology, a Six Sigma Green Belt and specializes in risk management, process improvement, incident investigation, human performance, and the science of adult learning.

Kentrena Bohm is a cybersecurity consultant and former U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sergeant who served as an Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Engineer and Signals Intelligence Analyst. That military foundation in threat analysis now shapes her civilian career in product security and incident response, where she helps organizations identify vulnerabilities, respond to critical incidents, and lead tabletop exercises that prepare teams for real-world cyber events. Kentrena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity from American Military University and a Master's Degree in Information Security. A full-time mom and dedicated professional, she's driven by a passion for service and resilience — traits she carries into days at the range, remote camping trips and long, ambitious hikes.
