A Performance-Critical subject matter expert will receive and review audio and video evidence, statements, reports, training records, and other materials received. Depending on the request, this analysis can be focused on compliance with local policy, law, or both. You will receive a report and applicable evidence to document activities, findings, opinions and recommendations as appropriate.
A subject matter expert will appear to testify in official proceedings in reference to the analysis, opinions, and reports produced by Performance-Critical. This service is also available to those in need of a police practices expert not related to a use of force case analyzed by Performance-Critical. This includes appearances in local, county, state, and federal court, as well as depositions, hearings, administrative or agency inquiries, or other proceedings.
